After leaving my marriage, and going on a 10+ year deep dive to get to know myself, traveling the world, finding my beloved partner (of now 7+ years), studying tantra and eventually
becoming an empowerment coach…I realized that embracing the feminine side is what it REALLY takes for every women to LIVE, BREATHE, and BE her most radiant self.
For me, this meant learning how to say YES to all of life–including my body, pleasure, relationships, play, consciousness expanding, mind-blowing orgasmic moments–and not shying away from the dark, challenging, heart breaking realities of the human experience.

I've gone from being a harsh self-critic to unconditionally loving myself, from a sexless marriage to an incredible partnership filled with depth, emotional connection, resilience, and joy.
